Digital Product Refund Policy

Because this is a digital product delivered electronically, purchases are generally final once access to the download has been provided.

Please contact support@zetlane.com within 14 days of purchase if you were charged more than once, cannot access the files, receive a corrupted or incomplete file, or believe the product materially differs from its description. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, restore access, provide a replacement file, or issue a refund.

Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind after the digital files have been accessed or downloaded.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.
